Kooth.com is an online platform that offers children and young people (ages 11 to 18) anonymous access to online discussion forums, online chat/text-based counselling, and online tools for self-care.
Kooth, the biggest digital mental health provider in the UK, offers young people a private, secure avenue to seek support for their emotional health.

Kooth gives users access to self-help resources, goal-setting and mood-tracking tools, peer-to-peer assistance via regulated online forums, and counsellor texting. The topics covered in the forums vary from relationship troubles and self-harm to exam stress and depression.

What is Kooth?

Kooth is a free online resource for wellness advice and assistance. It provides young people (ages 11 to 25) with a secure, private online area where they can get counselling and assistance in a way that works for them.

For children and young people between the ages of 10 and 25, Kooth offers free, secure, and anonymous online therapy and support in the area of mental health and wellbeing.
